“Clovia has done an excellent job in conducting three special studies. The work she completed on “Recycling Concrete Pavement State of the Art” report was very thorough and well organized. The special study on “Stabilizing Low Volume Roads” was also well thought out and presented. The study was completed in a timely manner. The special study on use of dredge material as fill was completed in a timely manner and she made contact with a number of excellent sources to get good data on this subject. She did a very thorough job in getting information on the SHRP test procedures. She took the initiative of obtaining technical information on the work being done by Monismith at Cal Berkeley on the theory behind the procedures. Clovia did an excellent job in programming Form 553 for laptop. The computer program is efficient in use of code and was completed in a short period of time….“Employee quick to learn – demonstrated ability to research and report on moderately difficult assignments with minimum direction.”-
